30 yrs old & I haven’t Taken Enough Risk to Feel Alive.
It’s been a while since my last guest post, but it is I, Yaritza’s “Instagram fiance”…Drew. I was asked to do this guest post because I recently reached a new milestone in my life. One that many take for granted and others don’t get the gift to see. On Sunday, January 14th, I turned 30 years old. That morning I took a deep breath and smelled Capricorn season in the air, lol. My writer’s Journey, Why I started blogging.
Today I want to tell you about my writer’s journey. But first, let me ask you this, Have you ever wanted to write your own story? To share it with the world in a blog (hello Me!) or just for yourself in your journal?
You are the author of your story.
Haven’t you heard that before? You might have even said it to yourself a few times in an attempt to gain courage. Before making the next big decision of your life. I know I have!

Current Skincare Rountine with Origins
Hello TEA Birds!
Today I want to talk about skincare. I’ve always paid a lot of attention to my skin because growing up I had acne. And because I had acne, my skin has alway been a major source of insecurity. Over the years I spent plenty of money on skincare products to treat acne and on make-up to cover it all up.
I thought that after high school I would be done with acne forever but boy was I wrong. I was hit with severe adult acne in my late twenties. (Yup, adult acne is a real thing!) Honestly, my only recommendation for those of you that have severe acne is to visit a dermatologist. I wish I would have visited a dermatologist sooner, to help prevent some of the scarrings.
