  • Guanimes con Bacalao | How to Make this Delicious Puerto Rican Dish!

    Guanimes con Bacalao is one of my favorite Puerto Rican dishes. You might be wondering what the heck it Guanimes con Bacalao and how do I pronounce it, haha. (Reference the video for pronunciation.)

    Guanimes con Bacalao is a very traditional Puerto Rican dish that dates back to the pre-Columbian era. And it translated to the following Boiled Flour Dumplings with Salted Codfish. I think it sounds better in Spanish! 😄
